Overview
Built an intuitive, user-friendly, and effective digital school ecosystem facilitating seamless learning and administrative processes. The ecosystem consists of various interconnected products. The goal was to streamline and enhance the educational experience for all users while creating a scalable, maintainable solution that would drive the company's growth and user engagement.
My Role
Became the Product Lead responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development process, managing both design and development projects. Additionally, performed end-to-end design process for products and features within scope.
Led a team of 2 product designers and 2 product management interns.
Key Achievement
Successfully delivered the design of several products, including the:
School website and its CMS,
School user management,
E-learning,
E-library,
E-attendance,
Computer-based test app,
Parents reporting app, and
Internal tools to support the company’s operational workflows.
